Instruction for Card Administrators
If a card holder reports a stolen card to you, please inform us by making a stolen card request via the Card Request Management App and we will cancel the card. The app will ask you to provide a Crime Reference Number so please ask the card holder to confirm this to you. There is no fee for replacing a stolen card where a Crime Reference Number has been provided.
If the card holder does not have a Crime Reference Number, then they will need to pay the £15 replacement fee via the Online Store. The app will ask you to provide the OXF Reference Number so please ask the card holder to pay and confirm this to you as soon as possible.
Reporting this quickly will prevent unauthorised use of the card.
